Rudy Cunningham was a dirty cop who worked for Charlie Figaro and Desire. After the exposure of his failure to kill Eugene Jones and his role in the murder of Robin Desiato, he commits suicide rather than go to prison. Before killing himself, Cunningham insists that used to be an honest cop who truly believed in his work before he became corrupted.
