Robin Desiato (May 25, 1964 – October 9, 2018) was the wife of Judge Michael Desiato and the mother of Adam Desiato.

Robin was cheating on Michael with another man. She was murdered not long after.
During the escalating series of events following Adam's accidental killing of Rocco Baxter, Michael became a suspect in her murder after her boyfriend revealed that Michael had beaten him up at the time of the killing, breaking Michael's alibi. A subsequent investigation led to the discovery that Robin had been doing a story on dirty cops and, as a result, her murder had been a hit by the cops that she was investigating. Robin was murdered by Detective Walter Beckwith on the orders of Rudy Cunningham. After Michael discovered the truth, Beckwith tried to murder him and stage it as a suicide, but he was stopped and arrested by Detective Nancy Costello for Robin's murder after confessing to Michael. Confronted by Nancy, Cunningham admitted to ordering the hit and revealed that he knew where Robin was going to be because Charlie Figaro told him before Cunningham committed suicide.
Charlie claimed that Robin had called him about any contacts he might have in the police department and he called Cunningham, supposedly to try to help her. Despite knowing that Cunningham was a dirty cop as Charlie used him for his own work, Charlie insisted that he didn't know that Cunningham was one of the cops that Robin was investigating and that he was going to have Robin killed.
