Chris Cutler is a member of the Desire gang. After his little brother dies of an accidental drug overdose, Chris leads a rebellion against Big Mo, only to be betrayed by Little Mo. As his men are rounded up and executed, Chris is killed by Big Mo herself with his last words being a defiant "fuck you" to his former boss.
