Adam Desiato (died 2020) was the son of Judge Michael Desiato and Robin Desiato. In 2019, on the anniversary of Robin's death, Adam was involved in a hit-and-run collision that resulted in the death of Rocco Baxter, the son of Jimmy and Gina Baxter. At the end of Season 1, he is accidentally killed by Eugene Jones while he's trying to exact revenge upon Carlo Baxter. As revealed in Season 2, Adam has a son, Rocco Adam Baxter, with Fia Baxter, the sister of the boy that he killed. A remorseful Eugene later goes on trial for Adam's murder, but he is placed into Witness Protection after revealing, with Michael's help, that the Baxter's had murdered his family. During Eugene's trial, Michael finally comes clean about Adam killing Rocco and his coverup of the crime.
